Fincas Valverde — Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on all active subscriptions and orders over $70. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous United States.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at sales@fincasvalverde.com and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Freshness Guarantee
All Fincas Valverde coffee is roasted in Miami, Florida and shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness.
