Log into your account before your next charge date and update your preferences anytime. You can also skip or pause a shipment from the same screen.
What if I don't love my first shipment?
Contact us and we will make it right — replacement, refund, or credit. No questions asked. Fresh coffee from our estate speaks for itself, but if something isn't right we want to know.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every order is roasted the week it ships. You receive coffee within days of roast, never from a warehouse. Most coffee sold in grocery stores is 6 to 12 months old by the time it reaches you. Ours is days old.
What's included in the Discovery Box?
Three 12oz bags of estate-grown Bolivian coffee — one Smooth, one Bold, one Bright. Each profile is roasted the week it ships and arrives within 48 hours of roast.
How does the subscription work?
We ship your Estate Discovery Box every 4 weeks automatically. You're charged $59.50 per shipment with free shipping always included. No contracts, no commitments — cancel or skip anytime from your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Log into your account, go to your subscription, and cancel in seconds. No phone calls, no emails required. We don't make it hard to leave because we'd rather earn your loyalty than trap it.
Do you offer ground coffee or whole bean only?
Both. Select Whole Bean or Ground when ordering. We grind fresh before shipping.
Where is your coffee grown?
On our own farms in the Bolivian highlands at 1,750 meters elevation. We own the land — this is not a sourcing relationship with a third party farm.
